Hosted merchant guide

Hosted platforms use shared infrastructure without a separate site deployment. The platform provides the player site and operations dashboard; each merchant manages its own players, brand and operational data.

1. Apply for a merchant site

Under Applications, select Create hosted merchant and enter the merchant name, company/team and contact details. Submission creates an app and an access application; it does not activate the site immediately.

One developer account can create multiple apps. Hosted platform and API integration labels distinguish their modes.

2. Review and provisioning

Review results appear in Inbox and app details. Approval starts automatic provisioning. Approval and completed provisioning are separate stages; use the provisioning status shown in app details.

3. Open the merchant dashboard

Once active, select Open merchant dashboard in app details. Owners use their developer identity without a separate owner password. Staff accounts and permissions are managed in the merchant dashboard.

This console manages apps, applications and developer accounts. The merchant dashboard manages players, operations, site settings and staff permissions. Changing the developer password from any supported entry requires related sessions to authenticate again.

4. Brand and access settings

In the merchant dashboard, open System management → Merchant and domains:

The platform does not automatically create merchant subdomains. Merchant links and configured domains identify the merchant for visiting players. Unrecognized entries use the official platform.

Logos must be static PNG images up to 1 MiB, with width and height no greater than 4096px. Horizontal output is 600×128px; compact icons are 512×512px. Follow current dashboard validation. Missing, removed or failed logos fall back to the system logo.

The Search appearance tab lets you set a title and site description for a verified, active custom domain and opt into search indexing. Unique parameter links are always excluded. Opting in does not guarantee indexing. The description also appears below the merchant lobby; accounts and registration ownership are unchanged.

5. No manual API credentials

The platform maintains game credentials, outbound IP and callback settings. Hosted merchants do not need the starter kit or a manually configured secret.

For your own servers, player system and wallet, create a separate API app and see Custom integration or Starter kit integration. An app's integration mode cannot be changed after creation.
